We are currently recommending Agilent oligo arrays for human, mouse, or rat samples. We also offer cDNA arrays from Agilent or the University of Miami for human samples. For more specialized needs ask about our custom arrays, which are fabricated to your specifications. Descriptions for Agilent and UM arrays follow below:

Agilent Custom Arrays:

60-mer Oligonucleotide Microarrays - These extended-length microarrays are custom designed to meet your needs. Three probe density format configurations are available: 1,100 features per array (8 arrays/slide) or 8,455 features per array (2 arrays/1" x 3" glass slide) or 22,575 features per array (1 array/slide).
