We have placed the executable code for the Pulse Control XOPs in the public domain. The only conditions that we place upon its use are as follows:
  1. We retain the copyright to the code and this documentation.
  2. You are free to make copies of this software and give them away to any scientist who will use them in the pursuit of publicly funded research.
  3. If you are working in a `for-profit' environment, please try the software for no longer than six months. If you want to continue to use it, please contact us. Maybe your company would be willing to make a tax-deductible contribution to the University of Miami to support this work.
  4. If you use this software and you publish your results using this software, please give credit where credit is due. We believe that an acceptable form of reference for this is:
